The Allen-Bradley 1769-AENTR is a Compact I/O EtherNet/IP communication adapter designed to connect 1769 I/O modules to a Logix 5000 controller over an EtherNet/IP network. Featuring two Ethernet ports, it supports Device Level Ring (DLR) topologies, providing network redundancy and high availability. The module allows remote placement of I/O banks and simplifies distributed control system architecture for applications requiring reliable, high-speed communication.
