Product Description: Allen-Bradley 1769-IT6

The Allen-Bradley 1769-IT6 is a 6-channel thermocouple and millivolt input module designed for use with CompactLogix or MicroLogix 1500 systems. It provides high-resolution temperature input for thermocouples or low-voltage millivolt sensors. The module includes integrated cold junction compensation (CJC) and supports a wide range of thermocouple types, making it suitable for process and temperature monitoring applications.

Key Features

  • 6 differential input channels
  • Supports thermocouple types: J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N
  • Also accepts low-level analog signals (±50 mV, ±100 mV)
  • Built-in cold junction compensation (CJC)
  • 16-bit resolution
  • Configurable input filtering and scaling
  • Diagnostic capabilities for open thermocouple detection
  • Compatible with CompactLogix and MicroLogix 1500 controllers
  • Uses RSLogix 5000 or Studio 5000 for configuration
